Mr. Hem Subedi is FM Radio Pioneer Broadcaster / Radio Jockey (R. J.) Since Its Establishment in Nepal – 1998 AD. He was selected in the first position in an open competition commenced as a vacancy published in the Nepal’s most popular daily mainstream magazine “kantipur daily” – (The Biggest Media House in Nepal established in the year- 1993 - Kantipur Publication. Later - KANTIPUR MEDIA GROUP- KMG.)  From the very beginning of his career. With his microphonic perfectly matched heavy, weighty and soothing male voice he captivated the Radio listeners amazingly performing for 3 hours for 3 days in a week through his first branded debut Radio show named “HEM KO MAJHERI” in his early career. Which hit the market for almost a decade. Later, many listeners of Nepal liked almost all of his programs. Thus, the listeners instantly identified him as an inborn radio talent. 1.    Selected First in an open competition among more than 1000 applicants- in 1998, in the post of Radio Jockey (R.J) announced through the public vacancy by the kantipur daily magazine for its sister organization Radio Kantipur- The biggest media house in Nepal known as Kantipur Media Group – KMG with its own publication house and TV station too. Since then presenting various popular programs (More than fifteen programs in a week) as a Senior Radio Program Presenter / Producer and program manager on Kantipur FM. 96.1 MHz- later after two years broadcasted throughout the nation naming “RADIO KANTIPUR RADIO RAASHTRAKO-THE STATION OF THE NATION.” Also broadcasted in 101.8 MHz and worldwide through its website:-www.radiokantipur.com. रेडियो आहा “बुम मिडिया कम्पनी” अन्तर्गत रहेको रेडियो प्रसारण संस्था हो । बुम मिडिया प्रा. लि. कम्पनी रजिष्ट्रार कार्यालय, नेपाल सरकार उद्योग मन्त्रालय (दर्ता नं -१२१३४६/०७०/०७१) अन्तर्गत रहेर कम्पनी   ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ५  को उपदफा (१) बमोजिम २०७० साल चैत्र महिना २३ गते रोज १ मा दर्ता भएको कम्पनी हो । विगतमा यस बुम मिडियाले प्रतिष्ठित उदघोषण प्रशिक्षण केन्द्रका रुपमा २००० भन्दा बढी विद्यार्थीहरुलाई उदघोषण प्रशिक्षण दिइसकेको छ । यस संस्थाबाट प्रशिक्षित प्रशिक्षार्थीहरु नेपालका विभिन्न संचार माध्यमहरुमा व्यावसायिक र प्रतिष्ठित संचारकर्मी भै सकेका छन । 
यस बुम मिडिया कम्पनी अन्तर्गत रहेर  नै यसले प्रसारणको क्षेत्रमा आहा रेडियो प्रा. लि. नामक प्रसारण संस्था संचालन गर्दै आएको छ । हाल यसले आफ्नो प्रसारण टावर तथा अत्याधुनिक स्टुडियो सहित मुख्य कार्यालय डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौँबाट रेडियो प्रसारण गर्दै आएको छ । राष्ट्रिय प्रसारण अन्तर्गत २०७६ साल असोज ०८ गते बाट नै नियमित प्रसारणको अनुमति पाएर यसले आफ्नो परीक्षण प्रसारण शुरु गरे तापनि विविध कारणले “रेडियो आहा १०४.५ मेगाहर्ज प्रा. लि.” (RADIO AAHA 104.5 MHz) ले औपचारिक रुपले सूचना, संगीत तथा मनोरन्जनका विविध कार्यक्रम तथा प्रस्तोताहरु सहित पूर्ण प्रसारण  २०७९ साल ज्येष्ठ महिनाको ०१ गते देखि संचालन गर्दै आएको छ । बुम मिडियाद्वारा संचालित यस आहा एफ.एम.का लागि नेपाल सरकार सुचना तथा संचार प्रविधि मन्त्रालयबाट मिति २०७४/१२/६ मा प्राप्त गरेको इजाजतपत्र नं:- एफ.एम.-१०२५/०७४/७५ हो । 
यसको उद्देश्य- स्तरीय सूचना, संगीत र मनोरंजन आफ्ना श्रोतालाई प्रदान गर्नु नै यसको मूल उद्देश्य र लक्ष्य हो । साथै यसको प्रसारणलाई सामाजिक संजाल, टेरेसटिएल तथा इन्टरनेटको माध्यमद्वारा राष्ट्रिय अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय क्षेत्रमा समेत विस्तार गर्दै लगिनेछ । हाल रेडियो आहा १०४.५ मेगाहर्ज बाट सम्पूर्ण काठमाण्डौ उपत्यका लगायत उपत्यका वरपरका विभिन्न जिल्लाहरुमा यसको सिधा प्रसारण सुन्न सकिन्छ । साथै www.radioaaha.com मार्फत online रेडियोका रुपमा विश्वभर सुन्न सकिन्छ । यसको official Facebook page:- f / RADIO AAHA मार्फत सिधै प्रतिक्रिया दिन र FACEBOOK LIVE  सुन्न पनि सकिन्छ । रेडियो आहा बिहान ५ बजेदेखि राती ११ बजेसम्म दैनिक कुल १८ घण्टा प्रसारण हुने गर्दछ । यस प्रसारण अवधिमा रेडियो आहाले ३ पटक प्रमुख समाचार (Main News) सहित प्रत्येक घण्टा दैनिक १५ पटक समाचार बुलेटिन प्रसारण गर्दछ । यस रेडियोमा नेपालका अनुभवी विभिन्न ख्यातीप्राप्त कार्यक्रम संचालक / संचालिकाहरुले विभिन्न प्रभातकालीन कार्यक्रम, फिल्मी, लोक दोहोरी, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, गृहिणी, स्थानीय सरोकार, श्रोता सहभागिताका फोन-इन कार्यक्रमहरु देखि लिएर अन्तर्वार्ताका चर्चित कार्यक्रमहरु संचालन गर्दै आएका छन ।
हाल बुम मिडिया तथा रेडियो आहा १०४.५ मेगाहर्ज़का अध्यक्ष तथा प्रबन्ध निर्देशक श्री हेम सुवेदी      हुनुहुन्छ । वहाँले निरन्तर २० वर्ष सम्म रेडियो कान्तिपुरमा विभिन्न लोकप्रिय कार्यक्रमहरु संचालन तथा उत्पादन गरि कार्यक्रम प्रमुखका रुमपा काम गरेको विशिष्ट रेडियो अनुभव हासिल गरिसक्नु भएको छ । वहांले नेपाल टेलिभिजन तथा तराई टेलिभिजनमा समेत केही वर्ष टेलिभिजन कार्यक्रमहरु निर्माण तथा प्रस्तुत गरिसक्नु भएको छ । हेम सुवेदीले बि.सं २०६४ सालदेखि बुम मिडियामा प्रमुख उदघोषण प्रशिक्षकका रुपमा १००० भन्दा बढी प्रशिक्षार्थीहरुलाई उदघोषण प्रशिक्षण दिई सक्नु भएको छ । तथा नेपालका ३० भन्दा बढी जिल्लाहरुमा गई उदघोषण प्रशिक्षण दिनुका साथै दर्जनौं एफ. एम. रेडियोका कार्यक्रम शाखा स्थापित गरिदिनु भएको छ । वहांद्वारा प्रशिक्षित थुप्रै प्रशिक्षार्थीहरु नेपालका विभिन्न मिडियामा चर्चित र स्थापित प्रस्तोता भै सकेका छन । साथै वहाँ कुशल विज्ञापन निर्माता, सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्टेज उदघोषक (Emcee) पनि हुनुहुन्छ । यी विधाहरुमा वहांले नेपाल सरकार तथा प्रतिष्ठित संघ संस्थाहरुबाट २०० भन्दा बढी राष्ट्रिय अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय पुरस्कार, सम्मान, पदक तथा अवार्डहरु प्राप्त गर्नुभएको छ । वहाँ नेपाल सरकारको प्रतिष्ठित स्वतन्त्र पत्रकार (Freelance Journalist) पनि हुनुहुन्छ । यसरी वहाँले आफूलाई लाखौँ श्रोताको मन मष्तिष्कमा बस्न सफल नेपालका कुशल, अनुभवी र सफल रेडियो व्यक्तित्वको रुपमा आफूलाई स्थापित गरिसक्नु भएको छ । त्यस्तै निर्देशक श्रीमती आकृति सुवेदी घिमिरे हुनुहुन्छ । निम्न ठेगाना अन्तर्गत बुम मिडिया अन्तर्गतको आहा रेडियोलाइ सुझाव, सल्लाह तथा प्रतिक्रिया दिन सकिन्छ ।

Brief introduction of Radio Aaha

Radio Aaha is government registered FM (Frequency modulation Radio Company) with its frequency 104.5 Mhz. Radio Aaha is registered under the company laws of as per company rules and regulations of Boom media. which is private media company having incorporate it on the 6th April 2014 pursuant to the sub section (1) of the section 5 of the act 2003. Radio Aaha is probably the first media company to have trademarks in its logo in Nepal. Govt. License no for Radio Aaha is 1025-074/075. Though it has started its test transmission from September 25, 2019 but due to some technical reason it started its full flexed News and Programs from May 15, 2022. It’s also the radio to provide information, entertainment, news, views and interviews from 5 AM to 11 AM (18 hrs. a day) including 3 hrs. of main news and 15 hrs. of short news bulletin every hour. Various popular program presenters present their popular radio shows, phone in and talk shows on Radio Aaha. It’s popular infotainment Radio media in Nepal. About the Managing Director and Chairperson of Radio Aaha:
Radio Aaha is managed and directed by Mr. Hem Chandra Subedi popular Radio host of Nepal popularly and widely known as Hem Subedi by his die-hard fans. Mr. Subedi has worked in Radio Kantipur as a most popular program presenter for two decades and produced and managed the programs as a program manager for one and half decades.
